Why Sustainability, Why Now?

India’s 2030 climate targets and 2070 net-zero greenhouse gas goal have turned climate action into a core business priority. Much of India’s emissions come from power, manufacturing, transport, construction, and supply chains, so companies now need to measure carbon, cut it credibly, and report it transparently.

With BRSR/ESG expectations rising, organisations need job-ready talent that can
do carbon accounting, climate-risk analysis, & practical decarbonisation planning. This programme builds those capabilities through hands-on tools, real industry cases, & outcome-focused projects aligned to what companies are hiring for.

Three live challenges across the programme. The frameworks come from class, but the decisions & outcomes are yours.

The Dropshipping Challenge

In Four Months, Build a Brand
People Pay For, Planet Doesn’t

Source products with verified eco-credentials, build a store, find customers who will pay a premium for integrity, and run the numbers like a founder.

  • Audit supplier sustainability claims before the investment is made
  • Build & market a store targeting ₹5-10L in GMV with paid budget
  • Sell in person at the Dropshipping Fair across Delhi NCR

The Content Creator Challenge

In Five Months,
Build an Audience That Believes You

Every brand claims to be green. Few people can explain why that
claim is right or wrong. This challenge turns you into someone who
can, in public, on record.

  • Pick an area of sustainability you can build niche on
  • Publish weekly to a live audience and get real editorial feedback
  • Take the stage at the Creators' Finale alongside real industry creators

The Venture Initiation Programme

You build a venture end to end, with incubation support, paying customers, unit economics, and investors in the room who will tell you exactly what is missing.

  • Find a sustainability problem worth building a company around
  • Build an MVP and run a go-to-market strategy
  • Pitch at Demo Day to 150+ VCs and angel investors

Waste-to-Wealth Innovation Lab

Turn Real Waste Streams into
Circular Ventures

Design ventures that turn fashion, F&B & e-commerce waste
streams into revenue, inspired by TerraCycle & Banyan Nation.

  • Map waste from CyberHub food courts, Blinkit hubs or campus hostels
  • Upcycle for H&M offcuts or Zomato packaging with unit economics
  • Pitch a circular model with revenue, tCO₂e saved and jobs created

Sustainability Reporting War Room

Fix Greenwashing:
Build Audit-Ready ESG Reports

Work with complex, multi-year data from an Indian “listed-style”
company & convert it into a BRSR/Core-ready disclosure.

  • Reconcile multi-year ESG data across energy, water, waste & workforce
  • Draft key BRSR/Core sections, tables & management commentary
  • Stress-test disclosures against rating and assurance checklists

Green Supply Chain Rearchitecture Challenge

Rebuild Supply Chains
for Low-Carbon Scale

Act as an ops and sustainability team cutting supply chain
emissions by 30% for a real Indian business.
